Standard Lease Agreements

Most Landlords and Housing Providers use standard lease agreements for their properties. These leases can be dictated by local laws, but often include similar provisions. In many cases, the lessee or Tenant is responsible for paying rent and utilities, maintaining the property, and following any other rules set forth in the lease agreement.

When using a standard lease agreement Landlords can choose to add additional terms and conditions that they feel are necessary for their property. These terms and conditions are often included in the lease agreement to help protect both parties and ensure that the renter understands their responsibilities.

If you’re looking for additional protection, Rent Reporting with FrontLobby helps reduce delinquencies while rewarding great Tenants for their on-time rental payments, learn how here

Clauses For Tenant Applications and Lease Agreements

These are not necessary to add before using our services, but are recommended ongoing as part of your application and lease process. For added security, in order to report positive payments to credit bureaus, consent must be provided by the Tenant in the frontlobby platform even if these clauses are used. For great Tenants, it is an opportunity to explain that you offer the benefit of helping them to improve their credit rating.
