Happy to report that a tenant reported to FrontLobby has resulted in a cheque for our client. The tenant moved out and refused to pay utilities that were due, despite repeated request to reminders to do so. They were told we would report this to collections and still didn't pay. Seems they care now as the full amount owing was paid.
